S\u0103  prezinte capacitatea de construire a unei locuin\u0163e semideta\u015fabile, prioritiz\u00e2nd totodat\u0103 gr\u0103dina. Aceasta urma s\u0103 fie proiectat\u0103 de compania peisajer\u0103 DBS de Will (Arhitect peisagist:Dangar Barin Smith), ca parte integrant\u0103 a casei. La etajul \u00eent\u00e2i se afl\u0103 dormitoarele.
