Acest proiect de inspiratie mediteraneana<\/a> a fost conceput pentru un lot de dimensiuni mici (circa 200 metri p\u0103tra\u0163i), cu calcane pe doua laturi, in forma de L. Acestea au “dictat” amplasarea casei pe teren, precum si forma ei de ansamblu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concept \u015fi organizare cas\u0103<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Conceptul \u00een stil mediteranean a fost implementat aici pe o suprafata totala de aprox. 250Mp, dispusa pe trei nivele, si care asigura tot confortul necesar locuirii unei familii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

La parter avem zona de zi cu open-space pentru living si locul de luat masa, iar bucataria este separata si cu iesire pe o terasa semi-inchisa si acoperita. Zona de noapte de la etaj are trei dormitoare, doua grupuri sanitare si un hol generos, iar zona de relaxare de la mansarda are o camera de zi si o camera de dormit. Pentru iluminarea optima a spatiilor de la mansarda, s-a optat pentru varianta ferestrelor tip Velux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Materiale, finisaje<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Din punct de vedere structural, s-a optat pentru o structura in cadre de beton armat, cu inchideri din zidarie de BCA de 30cm. Termoizolarea este realizat\u0103 cu polistiren sau vata bazaltica, cu o grosime de 10cm. Zidurile interioare sunt prevazute partial din BCA de 15cm si partial din gips-carton, cu grosime de 10cm. Acoperirea se face cu o sarpanta de lemn, peste care avem o invelitoare din tigla ceramica ce imita olanele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Din punct de vedere estetic, finisajele au fost alese cu grija. Dtaliile sunt cele care dau aspectul unei casute primitoare si cochete. Tencuielile au fost alese deschise la culoare \u2013 tonuri de ivoire si bej, piatra naturala cu accente de bej, iar pardoseala exterioara de pe terase este tot din piatra naturala. Ferestrele semi-cerc la partea de sus sunt cele care intregesc stilul si dau un farmec aparte constructiei. Culoarea aduce aminte de aerul relaxat al caselor grecesti. Gardul catre strada a fost si el conceput in ton cu stilul casei. Sunt elemente de lemn si fier forjat,. Balustradele de la ferestrele mari, tip balcon frantuzesc, au de asemenea elemente din fier forjat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  La interior, aerul relaxat specific pentru un stil mediteranean este completat de peretii curbati. Ace\u015ftia dau mai mult farmec spatiului, impreuna cu alte elemente deosebite. De exemplu, zona de citit din living, pe rotund. Spatiul a fost folosit la maxim. Cel de sub scara face parte integranta din zona de depozitare\/spalatorie, care comunica direct cu bucataria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul este deosebit atat prin aspectul sau exterior, cat si interio. Se creeaz\u0103 un mediu placut si confortabil pentru locuirea unei familii de 2-4 persoane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aria construita = 99.40mp<\/strong>, aria construita etaj = 92.75<\/strong>mp, aria construita mansarda = 53.25<\/strong>mp, aria desfasurata = 246.00mp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
