Trece prin etajul superior \u0219i ajunge la open space-ul de la parter. Aceast\u0103 solu\u0163ie a fost adoptat\u0103 \u00eentruc\u00e2t obiceiul locului este de a se construi la limita perimetrului. \u00cen cazul casei Mirante, dezvoltarea casei este f\u0103cut\u0103 pe latura lateral\u0103. \u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u0163ie, deschiderile vitrate largi sunt pe fa\u0163ada din fa\u0163\u0103 \u015fi cea din spate. Punctarea zonelor de interes vizual se face cu ajutorul unor tonuri explozive.
