Cu un proiect de arhitectur\u0103 inovativ se pot transforma chiar \u00een re\u015fedin\u0163e spectaculoase. Ca urmare au fost construite multe hale \u00een care se desf\u0103\u015furau activit\u0103\u0163i de produc\u0163ie. Dup\u0103 1990, din p\u0103cate, odat\u0103 cu privatizarea defectuoas\u0103 multe dintre acestea au fost demolate sau v\u00e2ndute ca fier vechi. Extrem de pu\u0163ine au fost valorificate prin reconversie,fa\u0163\u0103 de cum s-au \u00eent\u00e2mplat aceste lucruri \u00een Germania, de exemplu. \u00cenc\u0103 mai sunt astfel de hale vechi dar lipsesc proiectele \u015fi finan\u0163\u0103rile. Forma cl\u0103dirii a impus-o pe cea a ferestrelor, care sunt foarte \u00eenalte \u015fi rotunde. La interior, holurile \u015fi camerele au decoruri exclusiv din c\u0103r\u0103mid\u0103.
