Construc\u0163ia, deosebi de solid\u0103, a fost realizat\u0103 imediat dup\u0103 terminarea r\u0103zboiului. Apartamentul avea \u00een componen\u0163\u0103 o mic\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103pere &#8211; camera de serviciu, specific apartamentelor interbelice. Aceasta a fost transformat\u0103 \u00een buc\u0103t\u0103rie (\u00eenchis\u0103) iar spa\u0163iul ini\u0163ial al buc\u0103t\u0103riei a fost inclus \u00een living care a c\u0103p\u0103tat dimensiuni confortabile. Baia este cu cad\u0103 ca \u00een toate apartamentele interbelice elegante iar dormitorul este dotat cu un dressing generos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1248\" height=\"830\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG-20220113-WA0075.jpg?fit=640%2C426&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20072\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG-20220113-WA0075.jpg 1248w, https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG-20220113-WA0075-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG-20220113-WA0075-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG-20220113-WA0075-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1248px) 100vw, 1248px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Design interior, finisaje<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin plasarea \u015fi arhitectura clasic\u0103, apartamentul a reprezentat o adev\u0103rat\u0103 provocare pentru <a href=\"https:\/\/ro.pinterest.com\/mariadulhan\/_saved\/\">designerul Maria Dulhan<\/a> , care a luat hot\u0103r\u00e2rea de a-l amenaja. \u00cen acest scop, a mers pe ideea unui design de interior care s\u0103 ofere confort \u015fi elegan\u0163\u0103 \u00een stil clasic dar cu materiale contemporane \u015fi accente de glam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru pardoseal\u0103 a fost folosit parchetul laminat care asigur\u0103 \u015fi o protec\u0163ie fonic\u0103. \u00cen tot apartamentul exist\u0103 un dialog parchet-gresie. \u00cen hol, baie \u015fi buc\u0103t\u0103rie a fost folosit\u0103 gresia de dimensiuni mari&nbsp; (60 x 120) care prezint\u0103 avantajul unei cur\u0103\u0163iriri u\u015foare datorit\u0103 lipsei rosturilor unde se adun\u0103 de obicei murd\u0103ria. Aceast\u0103 ambian\u0163\u0103 este dat\u0103 nu numai de \u015femineul din living ci \u015fi de culorile bl\u00e2nde ale pere\u0163ilor \u015fi draperiilor precum \u015fi \u201ccadrul moale\u201d, oferit de canapeaua de dimensiuni mari, \u015fi acoperirile de pardoseal\u0103: covoare \u015fi mocheta, pentru care c\u0103lc\u0103tura este pl\u0103cut\u0103 \u015fi preia stresul. Deasemenea din design nu lipsesc oglinzile care m\u0103resc spa\u0163iul \u015fi dau un plus de elegan\u0163\u0103. Deasupra patului din dormitor a fost folosit un puzzle decorativ cu alb \u015fi negru ce aduce \u015fi un plus de culoare.
