Buc\u0103t\u0103ria \u0219i sala de mese sunt situate la parter (subsol englezesc), care duce la o gr\u0103din\u0103 \u00een spate. Livingul \u0219i biblioteca sunt la nivelul salonului. Odat\u0103 amenajate camerele, \u021bes\u0103tura istoric\u0103 a casei a fost catalogat\u0103 pentru restaurare \u0219i, \u00een unele cazuri (u\u015file), relocare. Casa este plin\u0103 de tehnologie recent\u0103 din domeniul construc\u021biilor, dar se simte ca o cas\u0103 senin\u0103, istoric\u0103 din Harlem.
