Dup\u0103 ce c\u0103 sunt a\u0219a de \u201epre\u021bioase\u201d, urzicile nici nu au via\u021b\u0103 \u00eendelungat\u0103, devenind improprii consumului dac\u0103 sunt prea.. mature. A\u0219a c\u0103 nu mai e de a\u0219teptat. O cur\u0103 de urzici detoxifiaz\u0103 organismul \u0219i \u201ecur\u0103\u021b\u0103 s\u00e2ngele\u201d, asta pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un preparat culinar delicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 leurda se consum\u0103 ca salata iar din lobod\u0103 se poate face destul de u\u015for un bor\u015f, \u00een schimb urzicile \u015fi spanacul se prepare mai&nbsp; greu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O re<\/strong><strong>\u0163et\u0103 de preparare urzici<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingrediente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1kg <\/strong>de urzici (sau 7-8 gr\u0103m\u0103joare)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g de unt (sau 50 ml de ulei dac\u0103 le faci de post)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>dou\u0103 linguri de f\u0103in\u0103,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o ceap\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o c\u0103p\u0103\u021b\u00e2n\u0103 de usturoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mod de preparare<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cea mai complicat\u0103 parte a re\u021betei este cur\u0103\u021barea \u0219i sp\u0103larea urzicilor. Trebuie f\u0103cute cu mare aten\u021bie, pentru c\u0103 urzicile pot fi amestecate cu alte ierburi sau chiar fragmente de r\u0103d\u0103cini, av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere mediul \u00een care cresc. Dup\u0103 ce au fost cur\u0103\u021bate \u0219i sp\u0103late foarte bine, \u00een mai multe ape, la final se las\u0103 s\u0103 stea o or\u0103 \u00eentr-un vas cu ap\u0103 rece \u00een care ai ad\u0103ugat dou\u0103 linguri\u021be de sare. Separat se pune la fiert ap\u0103 \u00eentr-un vas \u00eenc\u0103p\u0103tor, se adaug\u0103 o linguri\u021b\u0103 de sare \u0219i se fierb urzicile circa 20 de minute. R\u0103stoarn\u0103-le apoi \u00een strecur\u0103toare \u0219i las\u0103-le s\u0103 se scurg\u0103 bine. (Nu arunca apa \u00een care au fiert! Dup\u0103 ce s-au scurs \u0219i r\u0103cit pu\u021bin, cu ajutorul blenderului transform\u0103-le \u00een piure. Dizolv\u0103 f\u0103ina \u00een pu\u021bin\u0103 zeam\u0103 \u00een care au fiert urzicile \u0219i r\u0103stoarn\u0103 \u00een m\u00e2ncare, dar amestec\u0103 permanent pentru a nu se prinde de crati\u021b\u0103. C\u00e2nd urzicile sunt bine fierte \u0219i m\u00e2ncarea s-a \u00eengro\u0219at, c\u0103p\u0103t\u00e2nd consisten\u021b\u0103, stinge focul \u0219i adaug\u0103 usturoiul zdrobit.
