construc\u0163ia \u00een stilul Art Deco.<strong> <\/strong>De altfel aceast\u0103 vil\u0103 a fost identificat\u0103 \u015fi inclus\u0103 \u00een patrimoniul Art Deco bucure\u015ftean \u00een proiectul  B:MAD.<strong> <\/strong>Alt\u0103<strong> <\/strong>vil\u0103 celebr\u0103 pe aceast\u0103 strad\u0103 este vila Geblescu \u00een stil Art Nouveau, proiectat\u0103 de arhitectul Petre numele de Capitale.
