Fierbe\u0163i-le p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenmoaie cu supa de legume \u015fi un praf de sare. \u00centre timp se rade br\u00e2nza. Apoi se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te untul p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd zerul floculeaz\u0103 \u0219i cap\u0103t\u0103 o culoare maro auriu (beurre noisette). Presa\u021bi cartofii \u00een timp ce sunt \u00eenc\u0103lzi\u021bi printr-o pres\u0103 de cartofi. Se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te bulionul r\u0103mas, laptele \u0219i untul \u0219i se trece printr-o sit\u0103 fin\u0103. Trece\u0163i apoi printr-o sit\u0103 \u015fi asezona\u0163i dup\u0103 gust cu sare, piper \u015fi un strop de suc de l\u0103m\u00e2ie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Re\u0163eta de tofu crocant<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"681\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/index.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23644\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingrediente p<\/strong>entru 4 por\u0163ii<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru tofu \u2013 600 g tofu natural \u2013 4 lingurite de sare \u2013 120 g f\u0103in\u0103 de porumb \u2013 Ulei de rapi\u021b\u0103 pentru rumenire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru sos \u2013 185 ml passat\u0103 de ro\u0219ii \u2013 90 ml o\u0163et de orez \u2013 90 ml sos de soia \u2013 3 linguri mici de &nbsp;sirop de orez \u2013 1 \u00bd linguri\u021b\u0103 past\u0103 de chili \u2013 1 m\u0103r \u2013 3 c\u0103\u0163ei de usturoi \u2013 1 bucat\u0103 de ghimbir c\u00e2t degetul mare \u2013 1 \u00bd linguri\u021b\u0103 de semin\u021be de susan.
