Mul\u0163i oameni importan\u0163i \u015fi personalit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi-au construit aici case, multe au fost apoi na\u0163ionalizate \u015fi aici s-au mutat potenta\u0163ii vrenurilor comuniste. Poate \u015fi de aceea cartierul a fost ferit de furia sistematiz\u0103rilor \u015fi demol\u0103rilor care a afectat mare parte din capital\u0103, mai ales c\u0103 doctrina nu aprecia aceast\u0103 atmosfer\u0103 burghez\u0103. Apoi unele case au fost retrocedate, altele au fost cump\u0103rate de chiria\u015fi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1250\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220625_135629.jpg?fit=640%2C296&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23763\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220625_135629.jpg 1250w, https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220625_135629-300x138.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220625_135629-1024x473.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/lifeandstyle.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220625_135629-768x355.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1250px) 100vw, 1250px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Majoritatea au fost \u015fi renovate dar au fost \u015fi \u00eenc\u0103 sunt \u015fi demol\u0103ri, pentru c\u0103 aici terenul este cel mai scump din \u0163ar\u0103 iar dezvoltatorii imobiliari, dornici de profit mare, vor s\u0103 construiasc\u0103 c\u00e2t de mult se poate pe vertical\u0103, eventual imobile de birouri, nelu\u00e2nd \u00een seam\u0103 c\u0103 acest lucru \u015ftirbe\u015fte pe zi ce trece, frumuse\u0163ea \u015fi ambian\u0163a cartierului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u0163i dintre cunoscu\u0163ii arhitec\u0163i ai timpului au realizat aici proiecte. \u00centre ace\u015ftia se pot aminti: &nbsp;Petre Antonescu, Cristofi Cerchez, Richard Bordenache, Statie Ciortan, Horia Creang\u0103, Paul Emil Mioclescu, Elie Wiesel, Dimitrie H\u00e2rjeu, Roger Balomey, Jean Monda, ing. Emil Prager, &nbsp;etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paris,o strad\u0103 reprezentativ\u0103<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Desigur, strada Paris este una dintre cele mai reprezentative ale cartierului, aici \u00eent\u00e2lnindu-se deasemenea, imobile \u00een cele mai diverse stiluri. Totu\u015fi, din punct de vedere statistic, majoritatea sunt \u00een cel neoclasic, denumit \u015fi stilul revolu\u0163iei burgheze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img preferat\u0103 de burghezia \u00eenst\u0103rit\u0103 dup\u0103 Primul R\u0103zboi Mondial care dorea \u015fi proiecte moderne, este totalul eclectism care, \u00eens\u0103, \u00een mod Aceasta demonstraz\u0103 \u015fi spiritul liber al rom\u00e2nilor c\u0103rora nu le este specific\u0103 repetitivitatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vile \u00een stil neoclasic<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Printre diferitele stiluri de case care se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc pe strada Paris se pot enumera: neorom\u00e2nesc, clasic \u015fi neoclasic, case \u00een stil Art Nouveau, vile moderne, vile cu accente maure, chiar \u015fi case tip chalet, case stil Tudor sau cu influen\u0163e italiene\u015fti sau chiar cu accente baroce (Vila Qreator), cl\u0103diri Art Deco dar \u015fi mici blocuri cochete. Al\u0103turi de pia\u0163etele cochete, copacii, \u00eentre care cei mai mul\u0163i sunt tei, adaug\u0103 un aer romantic \u015fi lini\u015ftit. Deseori gardurile de zid sunt de \u00een\u0103l\u0163ime foarte mic\u0103. Este vila inginerului \u015fi <a href=\"https:\/\/ro.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Emil_Prager\">constructorului Emil Prager<\/a>, \u00een care acesta a locuit cu \u00eentreaga familie. Proiectul a fost realizat de arhitectul Arghir Culina \u00een anii 1930 &#8211; 1932. \u00cen ultimii ani, vila a fost renovat\u0103, arat\u0103 excep\u0163ional de\u015fi \u00een cur\u00e2nd va \u00eemplini v\u00e2rsta memorabil\u0103 de 100 de ani.
