Aspectul general al vechii str\u0103zi este, din cauza aspectului caselor, destul de trist. Poarta micii cur\u0163i este bine ferecat\u0103, gardul \u00eempiedic\u0103 orice privire iar c\u00e2inele p\u0103zitor este sup\u0103rat \u015fi foarte nervos. \u00cencerc o c\u0103utare pe Google \u015fi g\u0103sesc numai c\u0103 Gheorghe Lungulescu a fost redactorul rubricii culturale la Universul. Totu\u015fi am noroc. \u00cent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor dau peste un articol decupat din ziarul Rom\u00e2nia Liber\u0103, vechi de peste 15 ani \u015fi semnat de Magda Antoniu care a \u0163inut ani de zile o rubric\u0103 interesant\u0103 cu denumirea \u201cNostalgia caselor de alt\u0103 dat\u0103\u201d. Casa a fost construit\u0103 \u00een anul 1870 \u015fi a fost cump\u0103rat\u0103 \u00een anul 1923 de c\u0103tre ziaristul Gheorghe Lungulescu, o pesonalitate a vremii respective. Legat de cas\u0103, aceasta a fost reamenajat\u0103 de arhitect Mihail Urzic\u0103 dup\u0103 cump\u0103rarea sa de c\u0103tre Gheorghe Lungulescu.
