Imobilele sunt edificate la \u00eenceputul anilor \u201930 astfel arhitectura clasic\u0103 se \u00eemplete\u015fte cu cea modernist\u0103. Sunt trei imobile, blocuri moderniste \u00een stil Art Deco, proiectate de arh. Jean Monda, care \u00een aceast\u0103 \u0103erioad\u0103 a fost deosebit de prolific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Imobil de apartamente pe Bulevardul Dacia, arh.
