Din punct de vedere al organiz\u0103rii spa\u0163iale, principala preocupare a arhitec\u0163ilor Istv\u00e1n Benedek \u015fi Norbert Ravasz de la Proiect BLIPSZ a fost aceea de a oferi o \u00eensorire optim\u0103 a spa\u0163iilor interioare, \u00een ciuda orient\u0103rii spre nord a pantei. Terenul a impus contextul pantei spre nord, ce ofer\u0103 panorama ora\u0219ului \u00een vale \u0219i a mun\u021bilor \u00een dep\u0103rtare. Toate acestea \u00eens\u0103 \u00een contrast cu orientarea favorabil\u0103 a vie\u021bii cotidiene \u00een rela\u021bie cu parcursul solar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Atuuri<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Arhitec\u0163ii au optat astfel pentru organizarea casei \u00een jurul unei cur\u0163i orientate spre sud-vest, par\u021bial umbrit\u0103 dinspre est \u0219i vest \u015fi unde este pozi\u0163ionat\u0103 \u015fi zona de zi. Camera pentru copii dinspre nord profit\u0103 de lumin\u0103 \u015fi din partea superioar\u0103, prin intermediul unui luminator care iese ca o lucarn\u0103 din acoperi\u015ful teras\u0103. Prin intermediul acestei duble transparen\u0163e, terasa este pus\u0103 \u00een rela\u0163ie cu panorama ora\u015fului. A\u015fa cum acoperi\u015ful continu\u0103 relieful natural, la fel spa\u0163iile interioare le continu\u0103 pe cele exterioare prin vitraje mari. \u00cen interior doar dormitoarele \u015fi b\u0103ile sunt capsulate, restul spa\u0163iului r\u0103m\u00e2ne complet liber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confortul<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 preocupare important\u0103 a arhitec\u0163ilor a fost aceea de a asigura confortul termic pe parcursul lungilor perioade de iarn\u0103 specifice zonei Harghitei. Acoperi\u015ful vegetal este \u015fi din acest punct de vedere o alegere fericit\u0103. Stratifica\u0163ia pere\u0163ilor exteriori, calitatea t\u00e2mpl\u0103riei \u015fi instala\u0163iile au luat \u015fi ele \u00een calcul considerentele climatice.
