Fiind vorba de o lucrare de anvergur\u0103, s-a g\u00e2ndit s\u0103 investeasc\u0103 nu doar \u00een func\u021bional ci \u0219i \u00een estetic\u0103. \u00cen acest scop a apelat la un birou de arhirtectur\u0103 pentru o transformare \u0219i schimbare radical\u0103 a aspectului acestei viitoare pensiuni. Acum cl\u0103direa este foarte primitoare, o atmosfer\u0103 cald\u0103 la interior datorat\u0103 stilului rustic cu mult lemn precum \u015fi \u015femineului. Tot la fel de bine, cu unele modific\u0103ri, construc\u0163ia ar fi putut avea destina\u0163ia unei case de vacan\u0163\u0103 pentru o familie numeroas\u0103 care obi\u015fnuie\u015fte s\u0103 petreac\u0103 concediile \u015fi cu prieteni. Oricum, \u00een acest caz probabil c\u0103 nu ar mai fi fost nevoie de mansarda2 \u015fi eventual de subsol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Planul cl\u0103dirii<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Suprafa\u0163a construit\u0103 este de 360mp, cea desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 1130 mp iar cea util\u0103 790mp. \u00cen\u0103l\u0163imea la strea\u015fin\u0103 este de 5m iar la coam\u0103 12 m. Panta acoperi\u015fului este de 30 de grade, ceea ce se \u00eenscrie \u00een 20,7 x 21,5m. Astfel, pentru construc\u0163ia nou\u0103 trebuia realizat un subsol plasat sub extinderea orizontal\u0103. Are aproximativ 200mp \u0219i este legat\u0103 de o buc\u0103t\u0103rie cu toate dot\u0103rile necesare, plus un bar separat, plasat l\u00e2ng\u0103 recep\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pridvorul func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u0219i el ca zon\u0103 de servit masa pentru perioada cald\u0103, m\u0103rind astfel zona de restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
