dupa gust<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mod de preparare<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Punem pesmetul \u015fi condimentele pentru chiftelu\u0163e de pe\u0219te \u00eentr-un food procesor \u015fi mix\u0103m 10 secunde. Ad\u0103ugam oul \u015fi fileul de pe\u015fte, amestec\u0103m bine totul, apoi transfer\u0103m compozi\u0163ia \u00eentr-un bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por\u0163ionam \u00een bilu\u0163e de aproximativ 5 cm, \u00eenc\u0103lzim ulei \u00eentr-o tigaie antiaderent\u0103 \u015fi pr\u0103jim chiftelu\u0163ele p\u00e2n\u0103 devin aurii. Le scoatem pe un platou pe care a\u015fez\u0103m \u015fervetele, pentru a absorbi excesul de ulei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-o cr\u0103ticioar\u0103 punem ulei de m\u0103sline \u015fi sot\u0103m u\u015for usturoiul \u00eempreun\u0103 cu m\u0103slinele tocate m\u0103runt. Ad\u0103ugam ro\u015fii t\u0103iate cubule\u0163e, busuiocul, zah\u0103rul, sarea \u015fi piperul. Dup\u0103 3-4 minute stingem cu vin alb \u015fi ad\u0103ug\u0103m untul. L\u0103s\u0103m s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 sosul 5 minute, dup\u0103 care \u00eel blend\u0103m p\u00e2n\u0103 devine fin. Punem sosul \u00eenapoi \u00een cr\u0103ticior\u0103, ad\u0103ug\u0103m chiftelu\u0163ele \u015fi mai fierbem c\u00e2teva minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cartofii pentru skordalia \u00eei cur\u0103\u0163\u0103m, \u00eei t\u0103iem \u00een 4, dup\u0103 care \u00eei fierbem \u00een ap\u0103 cu sare \u015fi un praf de fulgi de chili. C\u00e2nd se desfac u\u015for cu v\u00e2rful unei furculi\u0163e, sunt gata. Se strecoar\u0103 \u015fi se las\u0103 deoparte c\u00e2teva minute. \u00centr-un blender mix\u0103m uleiul de m\u0103sline cu o\u0163et \u015fi c\u0103\u0163elul de usturoi, sare \u015fi piper.
