Acesta promitea dezvolt\u0103ri viitoare interesante \u015fi, implicit, cre\u015fterea valorii propriet\u0103\u0163ii. Cum interesul pentru astfel de imobile, a c\u0103ror renovare este dificil\u0103 \u015fi costisitoare, datorit\u0103 \u00eencadr\u0103rii ca momument istoric, era sc\u0103zut, casa a fost cump\u0103rat\u0103 iar familia arhitectului a devenit noul proprietar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Obiective<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membrii familiei au dorit o locuin\u021b\u0103 simpl\u0103, func\u021bional\u0103 si confortabil\u0103. \u00cen acest scop, vechea cas\u0103 a fost consolidat\u0103 \u015fi restaurat\u0103. Deasemenea, g\u0103sirea unor solu\u021bii favorabile de integrare \u00eentre aceasta \u015fi noua cas\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Realiz\u0103ri<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul a luat \u00een considerare c\u0103 &nbsp;transparen\u021ba poate fi solu\u021bia potrivit\u0103. Astfe a fost propus:<br>\u2022 O leg\u0103tur\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i simbolic\u0103 la parter, \u00eentre casa monument \u0219i construc\u021bia nou\u0103. Peretele vechii case, con\u021bin\u00e2nd ferestra, u\u0219a si scara secundar\u0103, traverseaz\u0103 spa\u021biul extinderii noi, realiz\u00e2nd-se astfel o scenografie interesant\u0103. Pentru mine fost o prim\u0103 dovad\u0103 c\u0103 am reu\u0219it, realiz\u00e2nd ce ne-am propus de la bun \u00eenceput, o locuin\u021b\u0103 func\u021bional\u0103, confortabil\u0103 \u0219i primitoare, printr-un demers in care ambi\u021bia exagerat\u0103 \u0219i vanitatea au fost l\u0103sate la o parte\u201d, spune arh.
