L\u0103m\u00e2ie               1buc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mod de preparare:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
  1. Fileul de crap se \u00eemparte \u00een dou\u0103 buc\u0103\u0163i egale, se scot pe c\u00e2t posibil oasele care se v\u0103d, se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare, piper, un pic de pudr\u0103 de usturoi \u015fi ulei de m\u0103sline.<\/li>
  2. La sparanghel se taie partea mai fibroas\u0103, cam 5 cm de la cotor, se poseaz\u0103 \u00een ap\u0103 clocotit\u0103 cu sare, timp de 4 minute, apoi se scoate \u00een ap\u0103 cu ghea\u0163\u0103 .<\/li>
  3. Cartofii, morcovii \u015fi usturoiul verde se spal\u0103, se cur\u0103\u0163\u0103 \u015fi se rad \u00eentr-un bol, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu usturoiul tocat m\u0103runt. Se condimenteaz\u0103 cu sare \u015fi piper, se adaug\u0103 f\u0103in\u0103 \u015fi se amestec\u0103 bine. Form\u0103m chiftelu\u0163e egale \u015fi plate din compozi\u0163ie \u00eentr-o tigaie, le pr\u0103jim \u00een unt c\u00e2teva minute pe fiecare parte p\u00e2n\u0103 devin rumene \u015fi le scoatem pe farfurie cu \u015fervete pentru excesul de gr\u0103sime.<\/li>
  4. Sfecla ro\u015fie se d\u0103 prin raz\u0103toare (sp\u0103lat\u0103 si cur\u0103\u0163at\u0103 \u00een prealabil) apoi o condiment\u0103m cu sare, piper,l\u0103m\u00e2ie \u015ei ulei de m\u0102sline.<\/li>
  5. \u00cencingem bine o tigaie tip grill, de preferat din font\u0103 \u015fi g\u0103tim fileul de crap c\u00e2te 5 minute pe fiecare parte iar dac\u0103 este loc, l\u00e2ng\u0103 pe\u015fte, se poate g\u0103ti \u015fi sparanghelul 5-6 minute. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
